Kate: Hi, this is Kate and Amy with Rowan Tree. And we wanted to take a minute to just thank Gina Weatherup with Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation. Um, she’s been an amazing addition to our team. 

She has facilitated several very important events for us. One was a listening session for our Antiracism In Action group. And the other was a brainstorming session with our members on ideas on how we can thrive as a community. And for both of these, she helped us think through our goals of each event, she helped create the agenda, and she helped walk us through even beforehand so when the time came we had a very successful and a meaningful session. 

Amy, did you want to add on? 

Amy: Yeah, and we just, we so appreciate how creative and open she is, how thoughtful she is throughout the entire process. She’s not afraid of new technology, which is fantastic, and she’s always looking at different perspectives.
