Hi!

Thanks for your interest in the details of what we do with information here at Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation. We’re a small company committed to transparency and ethical behavior - so if anything here isn’t clear, or you think something is missing, please let us know

The “privacy policy” is about how we use your data; the “terms and conditions” are the expectations we have of you, as a site visitor. A list of definitions is at the bottom of this page.

Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation (“we,” “our,” or “us” - or the “Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and shared with others by Chantilly Mediation and Facilitation.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”). Simply by using the website and any online services, you indicate that you agree with how we’re using your data, assuming we follow our own policies correctly!  ;-)

There are a few categories of data we, or Squarespace (the company that runs our website and analytics) use - so we’ve organized this privacy policy in those categories.

If you’re confused about any terms, just scroll down for a list of definitions.

One important overall piece of information: We do not sell any of your information.

This list of analytics and performance cookies are used on this website only when you acknowledge our cookie banner. This website uses analytics and performance cookies to view site traffic, activity, and other data.
